After months of waiting, finally, your new baby has arrived!!  You are juggling feeding your baby (and yourself) but could use some guidance to know if baby is getting enough milk, if baby’s latch (or breast pump) is fitting correctly or how to help get baby on a healthy feeding schedule.  This support group meets . . .

Worried about pain in labor? Take charge and learn ways to relax in labor through massage, breathing, coping techniques, positioning, and more. All moms-to-be will take home an exercise ball to practice at home. 

You have all your baby supplies, picked the baby’s name, and have everything that baby needs but are YOU ready? Let us help you plan for the transition to motherhood and postpartum in this interactive session while learning what to expect in the first days and weeks after birth. Partners welcome and encouraged to come!

Calling all new moms! Bring baby and come meet other new parents! This group is open to moms with babies up to 24 months old. Snacks will be provided.

If you are pregnant and plan to provide breastmilk, this class is for you and your support person!!  This will help you get started off right with learning how to provide breastmilk for when baby arrives, as well as learn the essential information to be set up for success and give guidance if breastfeeding challenges arise.
