Welcoming Our New Board Leadership And Members
Maternal and Family Health Services held its 39th annual meeting of the board of directors in October. At the meeting, several members took on leadership roles, and we also had the pleasure of welcoming some new board members.
MFHS first appointed its new executive committee of its Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting. Attorney Lesa Gelb, of Laflin, is chairperson of the Board of Directors; Patrice Persico, of Shavertown, is vice chairperson; Debbie Eastwood, CPA, of Mountaintop, is serving as treasurer; and Kathleen Finsterbusch, of Sweet Valley, is serving as secretary.
In addition to new leadership, we are thrilled to welcome the following new members to our board of directors. Lynn Evans, of South Abington Township, from Northeastern Financial Consultants; Karen Yarrish, of Wyoming, associate professor at Keystone College; and Maggie Koehler, of Clarks Summit, a consultant in health care finance.
We want to welcome all of these esteemed women to their new roles and thank them for their service as they work with us in growing Maternal & Family Health Services and in celebrating our 40th anniversary in 2011.
