MFHS Welcomes New Executive Assistant to the President and CEO: Shavon Ferguson

Shavon Ferguson has joined MFHS as the new Executive Assistant to President and CEO. In this role, Shavon will provide direct support to the Executive team, assist with the coordination of Board of Directors meetings, and engage with staff across MFHS’s 17-county service area. She will also contribute to internal staff engagement by managing personal touches such as handwritten birthday cards.

Shavon brings a diverse background in coaching, team management, and civic engagement, along with extensive experience in supporting leadership teams. Shavon credits her role as a mother to her two young children, Diana and Cameron, as the most impactful experience leading her to MFHS, aligning her personal and professional values with the organization’s mission.
