MFHS Celebrates Mother’s Day in Scranton

Maternal and Family Health Services (MFHS) hosted a Mother’s Day celebration on Thursday, May 8th at the Circle of Care in Scranton, PA. In addition to highlighting resources available in NEPA, the event featured coloring pages for children, car seat checks by the Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) nurses, a photobooth, and various prize drawings.

12 Staff from all MFHS programs participated at the event, and 10 community partners provided community resource information. 301 people, including 140 adults and 161 children attended the event to celebrate Mother’s Day.
