If you were enrolled in WIC at the Jermyn WIC Center, your next scheduled appointment will be conducted over the phone. Scheduled eWIC card loading appointments will take place at the new location starting January 18, 2022.

Do I need to come to the WIC Center in person for appointments and eWIC card loading?

• Your WIC visit will be conducted over the phone. WIC staff will call you directly regarding your WIC appointment. Please let us know if your phone number has changed by calling our appointment scheduling hotline at 1-866-942-8463.
• eWIC card loading will take place in person at the WIC Center. During your phone visit, WIC staff will provide you with details and next steps for eWIC card loading appointments.
• Masks are required for eWIC card loading appointments.
• Please bring your ID and your eWIC card.

Will my WIC benefits change?

You will receive uninterrupted access to your WIC benefits. The new Childs WIC Center will pick up where the Jermyn WIC Center left off. You can expect a high level of support, care, and customer service from the MFHS WIC Center staff. Our team will be happy to help you with any questions you have about the new WIC locations, your appointments, and your benefits.
