Betsy McGrath Ardizoni Promoted to Senior Director of Brand and Development
We are very pleased to announce the promotion of Betsy McGrath Ardizoni to Senior Director of Brand and Development. In this expanded role, Betsy will join the MFHS Executive Leadership Team, further strengthening the organization’s strategic leadership and mission-driven impact.
In addition to continuing to lead MFHS’s fundraising and donor development efforts, Betsy will now assume overarching responsibility for all external communications and branding. She will provide strategic leadership and direction across marketing, media relations, and community engagement.
In a relatively short time, Betsy has driven tangible results for MFHS through effective management of digital media and marketing, the cultivation of new donors, board members, and community partners, and the enhancement of fundraising initiatives. Her strategic, mission-centered branded messaging has strengthened and expanded relationships with media, legislative, and advocacy partners, elevating the organization’s visibility and impact throughout the region.
“Betsy has played a critical role in elevating MFHS’s voice, strengthening our brand, and expanding our reach across the communities we serve,” said Maria Montoro Edwards, President and CEO of Maternal and Family Health Services. “Her ability to combine strategic fundraising with thoughtful, impactful storytelling has helped position MFHS as a trusted leader in maternal and family health. I am thrilled to welcome Betsy to our Executive Leadership Team and look forward to the continued growth and innovation she will bring in this expanded role.”
Betsy has more than ten years of experience in the nonprofit sector, where she has excelled in development, community relations, and marketing roles. This expertise has been instrumental in advancing and supporting MFHS initiatives, and the organization is thrilled to continue building upon this strong foundation. Betsy has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Penn State University and a certificate in Executive Event Leadership from Temple University.
Congratulations, Betsy!
